The 34th Rolex Monterey Historic Automobile Races @ Laguna Seca are a tribute of motor racing history, historic automobiles and the people who made them. This year’s marque highlights Indy Roadsters, bringing to life the original open-wheelers and bringing the spirit of Indy back to the Central California Coast.

U.S. Sports Car Invitational delivered by Luggage Express May 18-20, 2007. Featuring the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series consisting of more than 50 Daytona Prototypes and GT sports cars.

Also on the ticket was the Grand-Am KONI Challenge series featuring nearly 60 production based sportscars. In addition, the 2007 SCCA Mazda MX-5 Cup provided spec Mazda MX-5 action.

The Monterey Sports Car Championships host the American Le Mans Series finale. This four-hour race showcases the world’s most exotic sports cars, many of which compete in the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans each year. The field consists of prototypes from manufacturers such as Audi, Mazda, and Porsche, and GT-class cars from Corvette, Aston-Martin, Porsche and Panoz.

The SCCA SPEED World Challenge GT and Touring classes also compete during the weekend’s activities.
